The Electronic Information Network (e-Info) is a full service internet solution provider
specializing in custom programming, graphic design, and system integration.

TERMS OF USE
Please understand that the "Terms of Use" are provided for both your protection and mine; they are written to clarify the terms under which the images contained within this collection may be used. These terms are legally binding.

1. All images and source code that comprise the site itself are the sole, exclusive and permanent property of the artist and may not be reproduced by any method including screen captures and/or downloads. All programs, source code, and designs that are developed by The Electronic Information Network and/or Dave Yelen are the sole, exclusive and permanent property of the artist and may not be reproduced by any method including screen captures and/or downloads nor can they be used for any purposes in whole, in part, or altered, without specifically indicated approval.

2. You may not alter, change, colorize, resize or modify any or all images without specifically indicated approval. You may not use any of the images within the collection to create filters, brushes, tubes, nozzles, fonts or other current/future software plugins.

3. Images webpages, and software developed by The Electronic Information Network and/or Dave Yelen may NOT be used by individuals whose intent in developing web sites for others is for gain (whether actual income and /or bartered for trade) whether from the site itself or from the web page developing service. Use of my images, software, web sites, or web designs by individuals developing websites with intent to gain is unequivocally denied unless a license and written permission from me has been obtained PRIOR to the downloading, uploading or use of any item. You may not use any of these items if you are developing websites for others at no charge and then advertise these sites within a client portfolio with intent to acquire additional paying clients.

4. Images, software, or webpage design created by The Electronic Information Network and/or Dave Yelen are not to be placed in any online collection or archive; in addition, none of these items are to be redistributed for financial gain or placed within any compilation CD, software or other reproducible media.

5. Any site whose intent is to earn revenue (whether actual income and or bartered for trade) is considered a commercial endeavor. If you are a commercial endeavor and would like to purchase a license to use these any graphics, software, website design or other item created by The Electronic Information Network and/or Dave Yelen please email me.

6. You may not link directly to my images or software from any other website or internet connection using any method whatsoever.

7. If you refer to any images, software, or web pages designed by The Electronic Information Network and/or Dave Yelen, please email me the URL of the completed page to which the reference exists.

8. All items created by The Electronic Information Network and/or Dave Yelen are copyrighted by Dave Yelen whether existing in any form on web pages managed by me, or existing on any other internet location or media of any kind.

9. If for any reason I request that the images, software, programs, code, website or design be removed from your site, you will be given 72 hours to comply. Violations of the terms of use could subject you to this request.
