TASTE OF CIGAR

Points are awarded based on rater's opionion of his own likes and dislikes. Since TASTE is such a subjective issue, it is prefered that the rater talks about the particular issues that brought him to come up with the score, rather than providing the score alone.

The TASTE is rated on a scale from 0 to 10, 10 being the rater's favorite tasting cigar, that cannot ever be surpassed. In my opinion, there is no such thing as a 10 tasting cigar, because the rater SHOULD consider that a "better" blend may appear tomarrow in his favorite tobacconist's humidor. Of course, the more experience the rater, the more valid his score is, since he most likely had a good sampling of OTHER cigars.

The following things should be included in the review:

- Light, Medium, or Full Bodied (or somewhere in-between, OR if it changes)
- Any Sweetness or Saltiness encountered
- If the cigar is Bitter, Harsh, or SMOOTH
- Palette(if you can detect one - I consider a coffee or cocoa flavoring to be more of a palette unless it is VERY pronounced)
- Bland, Vegital, Spicy, or Peppery
- Creamy
- Aroma (so you know if you can smoke it around others)
- Signs of aging or the lack thereof
